CCC’s Business Department now offers both a one-year certificate and two-year AAS degree* in the field of Electronic Commerce. To prepare you for a successful career in eCommerce, the curriculum covers traditional business basics as well as the fundamentals of current computer and communications technology. Both the certificate and degree programs emphasize development of analytical, problem-solving skills with the team-building and leadership skills needed in today's competitive high tech job market.

One-Year Certificate in eCommerce

The certificate program is an intensive one-year study of the business applications of eCommerce. You'll learn to understand and use basic models of online commerce and retailing.

Two-Year Associate of Arts Degree in eBusiness Administration

The two-year AAS degree provides a broad background of integrated eCommerce skills and applications.

One-Year Certificate in Electronic Publishing

The certificate program is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge to qualify for jobs in the growing number of fields involved in electronic publishing, both printed and on-line. This program focuses on the high-tech administrative assistant skills needed for a high-end administrative support position

All eCommerce students work in interdisciplinary teams and complete on-the-job internships, providing an opportunity to demonstrate competencies in research, design, and implementation of company and industry objectives and gain practical experience with needs analysis, negotiating, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, contingency planning, project monitoring and reporting.
